Soupe Potiron

Ingrédients :

- Potiron
- Eau
- Sucre
- Crême
- Sel, poivre

1. Couper le potiron en morceaux, les disposer ds une casserole avec un peu d'eau pour que ça ne brûle pas.
2. Rajouter du sucre, laisser cuire jusqu'à ce que l'on puisse transperçer facilement les morceaux avec un couteau.
3. Mixer le tout, rajouter de la crême, assaisonner et servir chaud :)
